Standard shipping on orders 0kg - 2kg $14.90. Standard shipping on orders 2kg-30kg $21.90. Warehouse processing time: 2-3 days Transit time: 3-9 business days 

Priority shipping $21.90 Warehouse processing time: 1-2 days Transit time: 1-2 business days 

International Shipping:

Standard international shipping on orders $100 or more.

*This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. On rare occasion, orders will be shipped or delivered outside this timeframe. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready. 

We ship all orders from our space in Edmonton Alberta. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for refund once received as long as they meet our return policy. 
(items must be eligible for return and resealable condition as in new with tags, unworn/unwashed). All Canada orders are shipped with Canada post. Mama Luna Goods Inc. is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air or ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our Canadian carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. 

Order Status 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within Canada will include an estimated delivery date. 
If you’re missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. 

International Orders 

International purchasers assume all risk of loss, theft, customs seizures, clearance, levies, storage charges, broker fees, and the like associated with international shipping. International orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to VAT, import taxes, or other fees which your local customs authority deems appropriate. These VAT, import taxes, and other fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Mama Luna Goods Inc. and thus cannot be refunded. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if not already included in product prices. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non refundable.
