What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in CAD.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
How do I request a return?
To start a return, please contact us at montanajellison@gmail.com with your order details. If your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label and instructions.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us at montanajellison@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
